Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a leading mechanical contractor in Hunt Valley to hire a full-time Estimator with HVAC experience. This is a direct hire/permanent opportunity with a company known for its high-quality commercial mechanical and plumbing installations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare detailed estimates for mechanical/HVAC projects
• Review blueprints, specifications, and project documents
• Source and evaluate subcontractor/vendor pricing
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers during bid process
• Maintain and update historical cost data for future projects

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of mechanical or HVAC estimating experience
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and scope documents
• Field experience is preferred, but not required
• Strong Excel skills; estimating software knowledge is a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

JOB DETAILS:

• Location: Hunt Valley, MD (on-site)
• Pay: $90,000-$110,000 (based on experience)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, full-time
